"We had discovered your lodge over the internet and inquired over the phone about the specifics of your adventure sampler package. I spoke with a charming young lady by the name of Mia, who was the perfect sales person for your operation. She was genuine, caring, reassuring, and professional over the phone. It was simply our conversation with Mia that moved us from mildly interested prospects to sold participants. She should be commended for her genuine commitment to your organization.
The private guide that we were assigned during our stay was David Bell. We simply cannot say enough good things about this exceptional young man. He was friendly, knowledgeable, an experienced paddler, reliable and fun to be around. Beyond that, he seemed to go beyond just the expected level of service and genuinely made extra steps to see that we were getting the most out of our brief time at Strathcona Park Lodge. You have a great operation here, but it is quality leaders like David that really make the Strathcona experience memorable.
Of honorable mention also is Breen. He seems like a good guy too. Please take the time to share his letter with your staff. They should be reminded that it is truly a privilege to work with exceptional individuals like David Bell.
