Meal Information: 3 meals per day included, from dinner on arrival day to lunch on departure day.
Guide Information: Guide/instructors are included for all scheduled activities. Our outdoor leaders have an intimate knowledge of the region. Most are graduates of the Canadian Outdoor Leadership Training semester programme and all carry Wilderness First Aid certification. Their enthusiasm and willingness to share their knowledge and love of the outdoors will ensure your trip is unforgettable.

Have it your way! The possibilities for adventure in Strathcona are almost limitless and we recognize that everyone's idea of adventure is different. Using the adventure lodge adjacent to Strathcona Provincial Park as your base, you pick and choose from a wide variety of activities to fill your days. Consider learning a new skill, or take the time to hone your current skills with one of our knowledgable guides. Adventure Unlimited packages are ideal for individuals, couples, families, or small groups looking for a lodge-based adventure vacation.
The spectacular mountains on Vancouver Island are unexpectedly challenging for climbers but also offer day trippers a wide choice of well marked, safe trails. You can set out each morning to explore the many waterfalls, large evergreens and small mountain lakes in Strathcona Provincial Park. Hike on un-crowded trails and photograph the flowers and snowfields for which Strathcona Provincial Park is famous. Alternately, day trips can be by canoe, kayak or sailboat along Upper Campbell-Buttle Lake. Other activities may include rock climbing, mountaineering, orienteering, snowshoeing and winter camping. Add-on activities may be incorporated (additional costs may apply) such as massage, yoga, whalewatching, boat tours, and airplane tours. Or you may just come to enjoy the comforts, wholesome food, fresh air, phenomenal setting and friendly atmosphere in the heart of Vancouver Island.

With the Adventure Unlimited package there is something for everyone - climbing a rock bluff and rappelling on a rope, canoeing, kayaking and more... with your very own private guide. For anyone who wants to learn a new skill, or to take their skills to a new level, our instructors can do it! Your guides are fully trained and specialized in teaching all of the outdoor pursuits and activities available. Try everything or focus on one or two skills/activities. There is something for everyone here in Strathcona Provincial Park and all skill levels are welcome.
