Meals are nutritious, healthy, delicious and often include something new or different.  Strathcona Park Lodge(SPL) works closely with local fishers and farmers to source as much food as possible from as close to the lodge as practical. Some farmers even consult SPL  in the spring to plan their crops to best meet the needs of Strathcona.

It’s a unique, symbiotic relationship that ensures Strathcona eats the best veggies, fruit, fish and meat available. With these ingredients the kitchen team craft simple, delicious and approachable meals made with a genuine desire to enrich.
