Schools and Large Groups

If you, your daughter or son is coming to Strathcona Park Lodge with a school or large group they will need to download and sign the following documents where applicable;

Adventure Program Equipment List

Please refer to your school representative to find out what equipment list you will need.

Specialty Programs Equipment Lists

Please hand your forms into the school coordinator or school representative prior to coming to Strathcona Park Lodge & Outdoor Education Centre.

*The adventure program list is the most common equipment list to bring.  The rest of the equipment lists deal with specialty programs.

Duke of Edinburgh Worksheets
If you are going for your Duke of Edinburgh bronze, silver or gold Adventurous Journey award you can find the following documents below to assist you in this goal. These worksheets must be completed before your arrival at Strathcona park Lodge.

WYLD Summer Camp Forms

WYLD Summer Camps

Please download and fill out the following forms once you have chosen a WYLD summer camp to attend.

Specific Course Equipment List

Please submit the questionnaire (completed by the student), medical, consent and travel details forms at least two weeks prior to the start of the course. Students may not participate in the course if forms are not submitted or incomplete.

Youth Groups

If you are a youth group, sports team, English as a Second Language or a similar program you will need to download the following documents.

Please have the youth consent form, adult waivers and day programs medical forms filled out prior to your arrival to Strathcona Park Lodge and Outdoor Education Centre.
